Conference registration fee for authors with an accepted full paper is as below:

The registration fee includes the following items:

• Certificate of Presentation/ Participation
• Video records for his/her presentation part
• Conference Proceedings (CD form)
• Conference Welcome Packet (only for onsite conference)
• Lunch & Dinner on December 14, 2024 (only for onsite conference)
• Coffee Breaks (only for onsite conference)
• Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide (only for onsite conference)
• Presentation/Social Activities (only for onsite conference)
• Electronic Copy of the Conference Program Guide

Important Notes:

• At least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and program.
• The accepted and presented papers will be published the conference proceedings online. The registration fee is the same for authors attending the onsite conference, online conference or both.
• If the first author or corresponding author is a student, please present related documentation of your student status to the committee for the preferential registration fee.
• If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply. Cancellations received before November 28, 2024 will be returned in full minus the administrative charge of 100 USD/600 CNY. Cancellations made after November 28, 2024 will not be refunded. Refunds will be given following the conclusion of the meeting.
• Force Majeure: The Organizer cannot accept or bear responsibility, refund or any compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
